Lyceum Capital expands operations team with new partner

Lyceum Capital has hired Geoff Neville as Operations and Development Partner.

Geoff has over 30 years’ international corporate management experience, with particular expertise in business process outsourcing and technology services.

Previous roles have included managing director of Viridian-owned software and services provider Sx3 (sold to Northgate in 2005 for £155m) and managing director of IT services group Admiral plc (sold to rival CMG in 2000 following a recommended offer for £1.4bn). He has also held senior executive roles at Fujitsu and latterly Atos, where he was a senior vice president and a member of its UK Executive board.

Geoff will join Lyceum’s expanding operations and development team, which works closely with portfolio companies to implement transformation programmes and value creation strategies.

Geoff is the first of two additional Partner-level hires to Lyceum’s operations and development team, with a further announcement expected later in the year.
