Martin spent the last 10 years as Chief Executive of IRIS Software Group, leading the company through three buyouts by LDC, HgCapital and Hellman & Friedman, and developing it into the UK’s largest private software house. Prior to that, he held senior positions at MediDesk, PPP Healthcare and Chromacolour International. Martin is currently Chairman of Clearswift and holds a degree in Management Science from The University of Manchester.
