Access continues re-seller channel consolidation and is named best place to work
Lyceum Capital-backed business software and solutions provider Access has delivered another key element of its growth strategy with the acquisition of the applications division of Atlas Business Systems.
The deal sees Access acquire one of its largest resellers and continues the business’ objective to take control of its UK distribution channel via a focused M&A programme targeting high-quality partners.
The direct-to-market model creates significant organic growth opportunities by deepening client relationships and leveraging Access’ comprehensive product set and SaaS capabilities across a broad range of sectors.
In the same week the deal completed, Access was named in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list. The listing was the result of a comprehensive survey of Access’ 600 employees which appraised eight workplace engagement factors including ‘leadership’, ‘wellbeing’ and ‘giving something back’.
Jeremy Hand, Founding Partner at Lyceum Capital and Access board member, said: “The applications division of Atlas is the latest in a programme of carefully planned acquisitions for Access, during which time we have also been achieving market-beating levels of organic growth”.
“Being named one of the best places to work in the UK is testament to the successful integration of these acquisitions and Access’ position as an employer of choice.”
