Steve has spent 10 years as FD, COO, CEO and Divisional Chairman across the private equity-backed Saga and AA groups, working on the highly successful Saga MBO in 2007. Prior to this he held director level positions at Marks & Spencer, Treatt plc and Hillsdown Holdings. Steve is Chairman at Lyceum Capital-backed Carewatch and holds an Engineering degree from Liverpool University.
