Philip Buscombe
Chairman
Philip co-founded Lyceum Capital and is the firm’s full-time Chairman. He chairs the Investment Committee and focuses on portfolio company development. Over the last 25 years he has worked in private equity and related M&A;, corporate development and turnarounds in Europe and the US. Before founding Lyceum Capital, he developed and managed the European private equity operations at Investcorp. Philip has an MA in Economics from Magdalene College, Cambridge and qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PwC).
I founded the firm to provide smaller and mid-sized companies in the UK not only with capital, but also the business development and operations support that leads to accelerated growth.
