Jonathan Bourn

Jonathan joined Lyceum in October 2014 and works on sourcing and executing investments for Fund III. He joined from Baird where he was a Managing Director in its Global Investment Banking business leading coverage of financial sponsors across the UK and Continental Europe. For the prior 11 years, he was a partner at AAC Capital Partners, where he focussed on business service and leisure companies in the UK mid-market. He started his career in leveraged finance where he provided senior debt financing to a broad range of MBOs across Europe, working for both NatWest and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Hull University. Jonathan is also on the board of EAT. and Coryton Advanced Fuels.

Jonathan is a member of Lyceum’s Management Board and Investment Committee.
