Gareth started his career at IBM, where he was a director and board member of IBM UK and IBM Financial Services. He then held senior executive roles within a number of technology and support services businesses, including Chief Executive of Rebus HR Group where he grew EBITDA from £6 million to £14 million. He also led General Atlantic and Warburg Pincus’ exit to Northgate I.S. Gareth was Chairman of Access Group and holds a degree in Physics from the University of Wales.
