Clearswift voted third best UK tech company to work for by employees
Lyceum-backed Clearswift, a global data loss prevention company, has been voted the third best technology company in the UK to work for in the UK by its employees. The list was reported in technology blog Business Insider UK with the help of job site Glassdoor using staff reviews.
Reviews included: “Having been with Clearswift for over 3 years I have witnessed a move to high profitability (pay reviews) effective planning both at the strategic and operational level, a more positive ‘can do will do’ culture driving and rewarding collaboration and innovation, with plenty of initiatives to promote employee engagement.”
Lyceum invested in Clearswift in 2011 and since then, the Company has agreed a strategic partnership with US-based Blue Coat Systems; experienced a 215% increase in EBITDA to £4.7m and has expanded its reach to more than 3,000 clients worldwide.
