Lyceum Capital Expands Operations and Development Team and Promotes Four

Lyceum Capital, the growth investor, has expanded its Operations and Development team further with the appointment of Mark Rogerson as Partner. Mark will work closely with the management teams of portfolio companies to help them to grow and build value.

Mark has over 35 years’ management and operational experience, and has particular expertise in business services both in the UK and internationally. Previous roles have included CEO of Speedy Hire PLC and Group Operational Efficiency Director at Serco Group PLC.

Mark Rogerson said: “It is a privilege to have been accepted into the Lyceum Capital Partnership, which is highly regarded for the way in which it empowers its management teams, yet maintains a sensitive and supportive approach to enable strong growth and operational performance across the Portfolio. Lyceum Capital is also pleased to announce a number of promotions in its origination and investment teams. Ian Williams has been promoted to Partner and will be responsible for Lyceum’s research and origination. Martin Wygas has been made Partner in the investment team with Adam Lewis and Martin Squier becoming Investment Directors.
