Alistair focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing platform and portfolio add-on acquisitions for Lyceum Capital. Before joining the firm, he spent four years at KPMG working in Corporate Finance and Audit, where he worked with mid-market industrial, retail, and construction companies. Alistair is a Chartered Accountant and holds a first class degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.
Jeremy is Co-Managing Partner of Lyceum Capital and currently sits on the board of Style Research, Totalmobile, and Carewatch. Jeremy focuses on sourcing, executing and managing investments for Lyceum with a particular focus on software and tech-enabled outsourcing.
Before co-founding the firm, he was a founding shareholder and Partner at Duke Street Capital. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and holds a joint degree in Computer Science and Accountancy from Manchester University, where he is also an honorary teaching fellow. Jeremy is a past chairman of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA).
Jeremy is a member of the Investment Committee.
Simon is Co-Managing Partner responsible for leading all aspects of Lyceum’s business and is a member of the Investment Committee. Simon is an active investor, sourcing executing and managing investments for Lyceum with a particular focus on technology service businesses. He is a member of the Board at Sabio, Sequence, Timico and Wireless Innovation. Simon has 21 years investment experience focused on outsourcing and technology businesses particularly those with a buy and build strategy in the UK and Europe. Simon started his career with PwC Corporate Finance, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and he holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
Lucy joined Lyceum Capital in 2017, supporting the team. In addition to her support duties, she assists with Corporate Events and helps to manage the office.
Prior to Lyceum, Lucy was Executive Assistant supporting the CFO and successfully completing numerous corporate transactions at Genius Sports Group. She studied Marketing Management at Oxford Brookes University, and spent four years as a Marketing Executive after graduating.
Luke is a Partner focused on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities. Prior to this, Luke led and originated transactions within the Mid Market Leverage Finance team at RBS; the Investment team at Sovereign Capital and the Ernst & Young Business Services M&A team. Luke sits on the board of Coryton Advanced Fuels, Wireless Innovation and Lyceum’s Investment Committee.
Luke is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of ICAS.
Adam is a Partner and focuses on sourcing and executing new platform investments and add-on opportunities for Lyceum Capital’s portfolio companies. He sits on the board of AgriBriefing, Bellrock and Churchesfire. Adam is a member of Lyceum’s Investment Committee.
Before joining the firm in 2012, he spent four years at NBGI Private Equity where he focused on investments in mid-sized businesses. Prior to that his background was in strategy consulting at Deloitte. Adam holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
Tom is focused on sourcing, structuring and executing both platform and portfolio add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Lyceum he spent over 4 years at Spayne Lindsay working on M&A deal execution with corporate and private equity clients. Tom holds a first class degree in History and French from Bristol University and is a merit holder of the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance.
Matt focuses on the origination and execution of new transactions. Before joining the firm, Matt spent 2 years at Preqin working on both private equity research and commercial teams, liaising with fund managers. He holds a first class degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Exeter.
Charlotte joined Lyceum in 2016 to support the team. In addition to her support duties, she assists with accounting, office management and corporate events.
Charlotte has a PA Diploma from Oxford Media and Business School.
Chris is Lyceum Capital’s Digital Director and helps our portfolio companies take full advantage of digital technology to drive growth, awareness and customer retention. With a primary focus on marketing and sales strategy, execution and systems – Chris works with each of the companies to build an effective demand generation approach.
Prior to joining Lyceum Capital, Chris was Chief Marketing Officer at Totalmobile. Chris holds a BSc in Computer Science and is a visiting speaker at Cranfield University.
Martin is a Partner and works on sourcing and executing new platform investments and add-on opportunities for Lyceum Capital. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Martin was an Assistant Director in PwC Corporate Finance working on a number of private equity-backed deals. Martin sits on the boards of Sequence Care, Style Research, and Isotrak. He holds Commerce and Science degrees from the University of Queensland, Australia, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and is a CFA charterholder.
Martin is a member of Lyceum’s Investment Committee.
Anne-Sofie focuses on sourcing and executing investments for Lyceum Capital. Before joining the firm, she spent three years at Advent International where she focused on investments in Business and Financial Services and TMT. Prior to Advent International, Anne-Sofie worked at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank advising clients in the Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors on M&A and Capital Markets transactions. Anne-Sofie holds a B.Sc. in International Business and an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
Jeremy is Lyceum Capital’s Finance Director, responsible for financial monitoring and reporting. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, he worked for a hedge fund for three years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and holds an MA in Classics from Trinity College, Oxford.
