Rob Gershon joined Lyceum Capital in 2006 as an Associate Partner for Operations, working closely with David Harland, Lyceum Capital�s Operations Partner, on portfolio company performance and strategic business development.
Rob has a number of years experience in business development at Whitbread Plc, where he was involved in a period of significant growth at Costa Coffee. Prior to that he was involved in financial planning and business support at J Sainsbury Plc�s head office in London.
Rob started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
Rob has recently completed an MBA from the Cass Business School, City University, has an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and a BA Hons degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester.
