Mark joined Lyceum Capital in 2006 and is closely involved in the execution of new investments as well as working with a number of portfolio companies on acquisitions and development.
Mark has recently worked on the merger of portfolio company, VELO, with Leasedrive and the buyout of SPI.
Mark has 6 years� experience in private equity and leveraged & acquisition finance both in the UK and Internationally; including at leading Australian firm, Gresham Private Equity, where he was involved in the Repco buyout in 2001 which was followed by its highly successful IPO in 2003 on the Australian Stock Exchange (Repco is the Australasian market leader in retail and distribution of automotive parts and accessories). Prior to that he spent more than two years with JP Morgan working in leveraged finance both in London and Sydney.
Mark has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a degree in Economics and History from the University of Durham.
