Bill McCall is principal of McCall & Partners, a strategic corporate finance advisory business founded in 1999.
He is and has been Independent Chairman or director of a number of companies, generally backed by investing institutions. Having previously been a director of merchant bank Singer & Friedlander, and a buy-out participant of Tilney & Co from Charterhouse, he has been analysing and advising companies for over 15 years. Bill was elected an Individual Member of the London Stock Exchange in 1990, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, a Fellow of the Securities Institute, and regulated by the FSA.
Bill has a diversified portfolio of current appointments, including Chairman of RxT, a Norwegian listed oil & gas service provider, Keydata UK Limited, a regulated financial services business, and Nimbus Partners, an institutionally backed software provider.
He was recently appointed as Chairman of VELO and Asquith Nurseries.
