Nick has worked extensively with Lyceum Capital since 2001, reviewing numerous new investment opportunities and performing business diagnostic reviews.
Nick started his career at IBM Corporation in 1965, rising to become Chief Executive of IBM UK in 1992 and its Chairman in 1994. He was also Vice President, Market Strategy & Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa from 1995. He had previously held senior positions within the company in the USA, Germany and France.
After leaving IBM to pursue a plural career, Nick has held a number of executive and non-executive directorships, including Electrocomponents plc, Datacash Group plc, 4Imprint Group plc, Datatec and Fox IT. He is currently Chairman of Retail Business Solutions, TCSL and Fox IT.
