Adam leads Lyceum's Business Intelligence and research activities to support sourcing of new platform investments and add-on acquisitions and performs market analysis. He has 20 years of research experience, and is an expert at sourcing and evaluating new business opportunities.
Before joining Lyceum, he was Head of Business Intelligence for a leading PFI and support services FTSE 250 firm, where he undertook comprehensive Europe-wide market and competitor analysis. Adam guided the operational and strategic decision-making through research, as well as identifying commercial, acquisition and disposal opportunities.
Adam previously spent three years as a Professor in the Department of Research, Intelligence Analysis at Mercyhurst University, Pennsylvania. While there, he undertook a range of assignments for US Government departments, including the Drug Enforcement Agency and the National Security Agency.
Adam started his career as a parliamentary assistant and later ran his own research consultancy business, which counted among its clients Microsoft, Rank, Procter & Gamble and Ernst & Young.
Adams first degree was in Middle Eastern Politics & History from the School of Oriental & African Studies in London.
