Andy Wilson
Industrial Partner
Before becoming an Industrial Partner of Lyceum Capital, Andy had spent more than 15 years in investment banking and corporate finance. This experience was gained mainly with UBS Warburg and Barclays, before he moved to Westminster Healthcare PLC in 1996 as Director responsible for acquisitions and new facility developments. In 1999, Westminster was taken private by Welsh Carson LLP and Goldman Sachs.
Since the sale of Westminster, Andy has taken on a variety of challenges as either investor or consultant. He is currently an Executive Committee member at Capio AB (a listed Swedish healthcare operator), Chairman of Southern Cross Healthcare (a UK nursing home operator sold by Lyceum Capital) and a non-executive director of Corporate Services Group Plc (a listed UK/US recruitment Company), Wraith PLC, Thomas Rivers Ltd and Watford Leisure Plc (the listed holding company for Watford Football Club).
Andy, an MBA, also holds an Honours degree from Cambridge University.
